Last updated: [17/09/2026]

1. Introduction and acceptance

1.1 These website terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.ardentisys.com, together with any subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any content, tools, or functionality made available through it (the “Site”).

1.2 The Site is operated by Ardentisys [Ltd 723 Capability Green Luton LU1 3LU. (“Ardentisys”, “Ardent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.3 By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1.4 These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site (“you” or the “User”). If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to that organisation.

1.5 These Terms do not apply to any separate written agreement between you and Ardentisys governing the provision of consultancy, advisory, or other professional services (an “Engagement”). Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of an Engagement, the terms of the Engagement will prevail in respect of that Engagement.

1.6 Our use of any personal data you provide via the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies is governed by our Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Changes to these Terms and the Site

2.1 We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.2 We may update, suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the Site at any time, without notice and without liability, for any reason including maintenance, security, or business reasons.

3. Intellectual property rights

3.1 Ardentisys is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including without limitation all text, data, reports, whitepapers, frameworks, methodologies, insights, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, audio, software, source code, look and feel, and the selection and arrangement thereof (the “Content”). These works are protected by copyright, database rights, trade mark rights, and other intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

3.2 “Ardentisys”, the Ardentisys logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trade marks or trade dress of Ardentisys or its licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written consent. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

3.3 Limited licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content on the Site for your own personal or internal business informational purposes only.

3.4 You must not, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent:

(a) copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content in any form or by any means, except for temporary caching necessary to view the Site in a standard browser, or for reasonable printing/downloading of a single copy for personal, non-commercial reference;

(b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Site or Content;

(c) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notices;

(d) use any Content, methodology, framework, data model, or expression of Ardentisys's expertise, know-how, or analysis to develop, train, or improve any product, service, dataset, or artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or for any form of competitive benchmarking or commercial resale;

(e) use any automated system or software, including “bots”, “spiders”, “scrapers”, or offline readers, to extract data or Content from the Site for any purpose, including monitoring, copying, or scraping, without our express prior written permission;

(f) frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Site on another website or service without our prior written consent; or

(g) use our name, brand, or any Content in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship by Ardentisys, or that otherwise misrepresents your relationship with us, without our prior written consent.

3.5 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ardentisys.

3.6 If you submit, post, or otherwise provide any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other materials to us via the Site (“Feedback”), you grant Ardentisys a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit such Feedback for any purpose, without any obligation to compensate or attribute you.

4. Our expertise, content, and no professional advice

4.1 The Content on the Site, including any commentary, insights, articles, case studies, frameworks, or thought leadership, reflects the professional expertise, proprietary methodologies, and views of Ardentisys developed over time. It represents Ardentisys's own analysis and is provided for general informational purposes only.

4.2 The Content does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional, legal, financial, technical, investment, or other advice specific to your circumstances. No Content creates an advisory, consultancy, or client relationship between you and Ardentisys. You should seek independent professional advice, or engage us formally under a separate Engagement, before making any decision or taking (or refraining from taking) any action based on Content found on the Site.

4.3 We take reasonable care to ensure Content is accurate and up to date at the time of publication, but we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the Content is accurate, complete, current, or free from error, and we accept no responsibility for any reliance placed on it. Content may be based on assumptions, sources, or market conditions that change without notice, and Content is not necessarily updated to reflect subsequent developments.

4.4 Case studies, client references, statistics, or outcomes described on the Site are illustrative of past engagements and do not guarantee or predict similar results in any other circumstance.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

(a) use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;

(b) use the Site to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);

(c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to it;

(d) attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack, or otherwise attempt to disrupt, impair, or overburden the Site's availability, integrity, or performance;

(e) introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;

(f) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including Ardentisys; or

(g) use any Content in any way that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the rights of Ardentisys or any third party.

5.2 We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Section 5.

6. Third-party links and content

6.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or content that are not owned or controlled by Ardentisys. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply any endorsement, approval, or affiliation by Ardentisys of the linked site or its content.

6.2 We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for, the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 The Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including (without limitation) implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.

7.2 We do not warrant that the Site, or the server that makes it available, is free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own IT, computer programs, and platform to access the Site, and you should use your own virus protection software.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject always to Section 7.3, Ardentisys shall not be liable to you for:

(a) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage;

(b) any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, or use, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Content; or

(c) any loss or damage arising from reliance on any Content, or from any decision made or action taken (or not taken) based on any Content, in each case where such reliance was not made pursuant to, and in accordance with, a formal Engagement.

8.2 Subject to Section 7.3, Ardentisys's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

8.3 This Section 8 does not apply to, and does not limit or exclude, any liability arising under a separate written Engagement, which shall be governed exclusively by the terms of that Engagement.

9. Indemnity

9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ardentisys, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or the Content; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Availability and termination

10.1 We do not guarantee that the Site, or any Content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or restrict availability of all or any part of the Site for business or operational reasons at any time without notice.

10.2 We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, including where we reasonably consider you have breached these Terms.

11. General provisions

11.1 Entire agreement. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Ardentisys relating to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. This does not affect the terms of any separate Engagement.

11.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

11.3 No waiver. No failure or delay by Ardentisys in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict its further exercise.

11.4 Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms at any time.

11.5 Third-party rights. These Terms do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms, save that our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents may enforce Sections 3, 8, and 9 in their own right.

11.6 No partnership. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall be deemed to, establish any partnership or joint venture between you and Ardentisys, constitute either party the agent of the other, or authorise either party to make or enter into any commitments for or on behalf of the other.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, their subject matter, or their formation.
